T-mobile DASH phone, ringtones are downloaded, but unable to see under settings->sounds……Any ideas?

I have downloaded the ringtones for T-mobile Dash phones. I can see them stored under mydocuments…..but I can not see them under Settings->Sounds……So, I can not select them. ANY IDEAS Share and Enjoy:
